KC Magazine contracted an independent market research company, Crescendo Business Services, to administer a rigorous "Best in Client Satisfaction" nomination process. Over 23,000 recent homebuyers, readers of KC Magazine, and mortgage lenders and title companies were asked to cast a ballot to identify exceptional real estate agents in the Kansas City area.

After review by a blue ribbon panel of local real estate experts, fewer than 6% of all licensed real estate agents in the Kansas City area were selected.  David was among this top 6% selected by his clients as a 2007 FIVE Star: Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent.

The 2007 FIVE STAR Real Estate Agents DO NOT pay a fee to be included in the research or the final list of FIVE STAR Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agents.
