About David
Conderman

David grew-up in the real estate profession. His father is a
real estate attorney and his mother is an ERA Owner/Broker in
Manhattan, Kansas.
David graduated from the University of Colorado in Economics
with an emphasis in Real Estate and has been in the Real Estate
business in Kansas City since 1987! He has a vast background in
investing, marketing and financing residential real estate.
David works full-time getting his Seller Clients' homes sold
for the highest possible price in the least amount of time. He
is also a professional negotiator and works with his Buyer and
Seller clients to obtain the best price and terms possible in
their real estate transactions.
David knows the Real Estate industry inside and out. He has
received many accolades from the Real Estate industry and is
highly respected by his peers. He has spent a great deal of time
consulting and giving seminars to the top REALTORS from across
the country. He believes that you can't stand still in the
business, and he is continually looking for the best possible
way to serve you.

About Jan
Hansen
Jan has lived with her family in Johnson County for nearly 20
years. She has worked professionally in real estate for over 6
years – originally using her license to thoroughly learn the
operations and customer service side of the business. Drawing on
that experience, Jan knows that attention to detail and
thoroughness are the keys to a successful, efficient and
rewarding real estate experience.
Jan’s clients tell her that she has a “gift for listening”
and translating that listening into effective buying and selling
solutions.
“I don’t see how I can achieve the best results for my
clients if I think I already have all the answers,” she
says. “The best part of this career is partnering with my
clients to build their financial security while at the same time
helping them find their dream home.”

When not working with clients, Jan enjoys spending time with
her husband, Doug, and playing with their four incredible

About Lynn Schwenn
In
1999, Lynn and her family moved from St. Louis to Lee’s Summit,
MO, on the Jackson County side of Kansas City. While living in
St. Louis, Lynn worked in the medical field for over 20 years.
She’s always had a passion for helping people, and with the
move, decided to help people in a different way … selling and
buying homes. Her experience with her own move was difficult, so
she wanted to ensure the experience for others was more
enjoyable, satisfying and, yes, fun! Lynn is licensed in both
Missouri and Kansas since 2001, and has been with Keller
Williams the entire time.
Lynn is really excited to be working with a company that
shares the same values important to her. In business practice,
